A Warning and Declaration to Global Leaders, Mediators, and Negotiators
To those in charge, the mediators, and those sitting at the negotiating table:
Do not be deceived by the United States.
Look closely at what is happening right now in the markets. The sudden maneuvering, the desperate shifts into short positions, and the rushed attempts to cover are not signs of strength—they are signs of panic. The reality is simple: the bond market has passed the point of no return, and the stock market is teetering on the verge of a major collapse.
For years, market manipulation and financial posturing have been used to control the narrative. But just like the boy who cried wolf, time has finally run out. Nobody is falling for it anymore, and the illusion can no longer be maintained.
The Shift in Strategy: The False Talk of Negotiation
Do not be blinded by the sudden shift in rhetoric. Notice the pattern: one moment there is an aggressive posture and escalating strikes, and the very next, an abrupt pivot back to talking about peace and negotiations. This is not a strategy born out of diplomatic goodwill or strength. It is a hasty attempt to manage the narrative because the leverage is gone.
The reality on the ground and in the trading pits has exposed the limit of artificial control:
The Oil Market Has Broken Free: Despite attempts to dictate energy prices and suppress paper futures, physical market forces and supply realities have taken over. The ability to suppress crude and keep energy markets artificially tame has hit its wall.
Desperate Short Cover: The sudden eagerness to negotiate arrives precisely when short positions are exposed, derivative hedges are failing, and liquidity in the sovereign bond market is drying up.
Leverage Is Exhausted: When military posturing no longer moves the financial markets in the desired direction, the fallback is always "false talk" of diplomacy to buy time for major players to adjust their books.
Do not treat these sudden offers of dialogue as a sign of control. They are reacting to an uncontrollable feedback loop between physical energy bottlenecks, surging yield pressures, and over-leveraged stock positions. Recognize the pivot for what it is: a tactical retreat to save underwater positions.
The Memorandum: No Lifelines, Only Execution
Let this be crystal clear: The time for negotiation is over. The terms are already set. You are not in a position to throw a drowning adversary a lifeline when they deserve none, nor should you allow endless "talks" to be used as a stalling tactic while they try to protect underwater financial positions and military assets.
There is no middle ground left to debate. The memorandum stands on these absolute, non-negotiable conditions:
Upfront Accountability: All owed funds and financial obligations must be paid upfront in full. No promises, no deferred paper agreements, and no structured payouts.
Complete Base Removal: The total and complete withdrawal of all foreign bases from the region.
Total Military Exit: An immediate, absolute exit from Gaza and Lebanon.
Either they honor the memorandum and implement every single term immediately, or there is no discussion. Do not yield to deception, do not place your trust in corrupt systems or manipulative actors trying to cover their exits, and do not accept last-minute negotiations built on paper leverage that no longer exists.
Stop talking, stop granting lifelines, look straight through the narrative, and enforce the terms as they stand.
