FOR LIFE. Anyone ever convicted felony can never own that stay. OUTLAW SHOGUNS,ALL AUTOMATIC assault rifle,all tanks all rifles . So every home owner that pass this criteria and register can identify were there gun is and lay out were it is kept to the new gun bearing law. Own a gun for home protection only. Hunters truly hunt for sport can only own a game gun for food. So you can bear an arm . If anyone is caught with a weapon outside this. Will pay. Some with there life in prison and heavy penalties. If this law is enforce no exception like the crack cocaine law. Hey crime would drop like a rock. So enact the law immediately and crime would drop like you never saw. And we disarm everybody.
