We got that fall. And have rally from this point.Today is the TARGET Date 3-23-2020. So as far as the Market has come into this target as a low. We will allow the Market to SPEAK which is the FINAL Decider.. Is this it? The next TURN should be May/June.... The cash Market has now confirm the futures market..The market is the decider when and time..=price. The feel of the market to me personally....It smell some rot..So we have lower targets 16,000-14900....
