Lesson: The Falsifiers of God’s Word and the Devil’s Deceptions

The greatest enemy of humanity is the devil, a cunning adversary who seeks to divert us from worshiping God alone. Belief in God is not enough—Satan believes and fears God too, yet uses subtle tools to lead people astray, promising what he cannot deliver and inspiring lies that distort the truth. While the Quran identifies Satan’s tactics—idolatry, mocking revelation, and fabricating laws—the Bible echoes a parallel warning: innovations attributed to Jesus, unverified by his own hand, twist God’s singular message. After 2,000 years, scholars still cannot pinpoint who wrote the New Testament, yet its claims shape doctrines Jesus himself never penned. This lesson explores how the devil’s schemes infiltrate faith, contrasting proven divine words with human fabrications, urging discernment rooted in God’s unchanging command: “The Lord our God is one” (Deuteronomy 6:4).

The Devil’s Tools of Deception

The devil employs many strategies to mislead. Idol worship, as seen in Quran 4:60, lures those who claim belief yet uphold unjust laws of false gods, defying the command to reject such distortions. Mockery of revelation (Quran 6:68) drives wedges between people, while fabricated prohibitions—like altering God’s creation (Quran 4:119)—add burdens not divinely ordained. Arguing without knowledge (Quran 22:3) and blindly following tradition (Quran 31:21) further entangle souls, as does fear of anything but God (Quran 3:175). Breaking promises (Quran 14:22) and scheming (Quran 12:5) sow discord, while ingratitude (Quran 7:17) blinds people to God’s blessings. These tools, wielded by Satan, aim to replace submission to God with allegiance to illusions, a fate sealed for the devil’s followers in hell.

Falsifying God’s Word: The New Testament Dilemma

The Bible warns of falsehood too, but its origins raise doubts. Jesus left no written word—scholars agree the Gospels, attributed to Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, were penned decades later by unknown authors, handed down orally before collection. Unlike the Quran, which claims God as its author (e.g., Quran 3:18), the New Testament lacks a verifiable chain to Jesus. Paul, who never met him, dominates its narrative, yet his “gospel” clashed with the “super-apostles”—likely Jesus’ companions—who rejected his innovations (2 Corinthians 11:3-5). Where Jesus upheld the Shema—“Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is one” (Deuteronomy 6:4)—and said, “I have not come to abolish the Law” (Matthew 5:17), later claims of a divine son or savior contradict this. In Matthew 7:21, Jesus declares, “None of those who call me ‘Lord’ will enter the kingdom of God, but only the one who does the will of my God in heaven,” affirming God alone as sovereign, not himself.

The Curse of Disbelief and Hatred of God Alone

Those swayed by the devil’s lies exhibit a telltale sign: aversion to God alone. Quran 39:45 notes, “When God alone is mentioned, the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter shrink with aversion. But when others are mentioned beside Him, they become satisfied.” This echoes in their reliance on hearsay—Paul’s words, not Jesus’—to exalt a man over the Creator, defying the First Commandment. They weave tales of a “son” or “savior,” yet produce no proof from Jesus’ lips. The Old Testament, consistent across 2 Samuel 22:1-3 and Isaiah, proclaims God alone as Savior, a truth Jesus, a Jew, never opposed. Innovations like these, born of emotion and control, crumble under scrutiny—show the proof, and silence follows.

A Call to Discernment

The devil’s greatest triumph is convincing people to accept the unprovable. After two millennia, the New Testament’s authors remain shadows, its words unattributed to Jesus himself. Contrast this with God’s proven word—scriptures like the Quran or the Torah’s Shema, clear in their divine claim. Lies pile upon lies, from calling God “Father” to a forgiving “Lord” Jesus, yet none withstand the test: who wrote it, when, and by what authority? The devil inspires such chaos, but God’s truth stands firm: worship Him alone, question the unverified, and teach the next generation to see with their own eyes.

Summary

Devil’s Tactics: Idolatry, mockery, and fabricated laws (Quran 4:60, 6:68, 4:119) divert from God, promising falsehoods (Quran 14:22) that lead to ruin.

Falsified Scripture: The New Testament, unwritten by Jesus and shaped by Paul (not his companions), lacks authenticity after 2,000 years of mystery, clashing with Jesus’ Shema (Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 5:17).

Key Insight: Disbelievers hate God alone (Quran 39:45), clinging to unproven innovations over the proven truth: God is one, the sole Savior (Matthew 7:21, Isaiah).

This reflection, by the

humble servant, calls for rejecting the devil’s illusions and embracing God’s singular, verifiable command.
