The Proven Truth
[19:34] That was Jesus, the son of Mary, and this is the truth of this matter, about which they continue to doubt.
[19:35] It does not befit GOD that He begets a son, be He glorified. To have anything done, He simply says to it, "Be," and it is.
[19:36] He also proclaimed, "GOD is my Lord and your Lord; you shall worship Him alone. This is the right path."*
Footnote
[19:37] The various parties disputed among themselves (regarding the identity of Jesus). Therefore, woe to those who disbelieve from the sight of a terrible day.
[19:38] Wait till you hear them and see them when they come to face us. The transgressors on that day will be totally lost.
[19:39] Warn them about the day of remorse, when judgment will be issued. They are totally oblivious; they do not believe.
[19:40] We are the ones who inherit the earth and everyone on it; to us everyone will be returned.

Surely, those who believe,
those who are Jewish,
the Christians,
and the converts;
anyone who
(1) believes in GOD, and
(2) believes in the Last Day, and
(3) leads a righteous life,
will receive their recompense from their Lord;
they have nothing to fear,
nor will they grieve.

We cannot ignore the reminder in Isaiah 46:9 where God speaks of Himself: “I am God, there is no other; I am God, there is none like me.” (in other words La Elaha Ella Allah – There is no god except GOD).
In the Final Testament, the Quran, God clearly calls Himself the Redeemer and no savior besides Him. A few verses are listed below.
As for those who repent, reform, and proclaim, I redeem them. I am the Redeemer, Most Merciful. (2:160)

Then Mary said: “My being proclaims the greatness of the Lord. My spirit finds joy in God, MY SAVIOR, For He has looked upon his servant in her lowliness...” (Luke 1:46-48)

The created idea of Jesus being the Savior can only be witnessed in the New Testament where the alteration has been highly suspected because of its complete contradiction to the Old Testament that came from the same God. God does not change His mind. God does not call Himself the ONLY SAVIOR then decide to change that and call Jesus the Savior. This term describing Jesus as the Savior was used only twice in the New Testament. This is noted in Luke.2:11 and in John. 4:42. Besides these two occurrences, the only other occurrence in the Gospels clearly refers to God, not Jesus:

You shall know that I, the Lord am your SAVIOR, your REDEEMER, the mighty one of Jacob. (Isaiah 60:16)

There is also a related concept, the idea of a “REDEEMER”. This word has also been exclusively used for God in the Old Testament, e.g. Isaiah 44:24 and 60:16.

God repeats this categorical statement in Hosea:
I am the Lord, your God, since the land of Egypt; You know no God besides me, and there is NO SAVIOR but me. (Hosea 13:4)

For I am the Lord, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your SAVIOR....It is I, the Lord; there is NO SAVIOR BUT ME... (Isaiah 43:3,11)

If each man reaps what he sows, how can Jesus be the savior? How could he have taken on the sins of mankind and negated them? Only the One who accepts repentance and wipes out sins can do that. Indeed throughout the Old Testament, God ALONE is referred to as the SAVIOR. For example in 2 Samuel 22:1-3 and in Isaiah, God Himself speaks, saying clearly that He ALONE is the SAVIOR:

How to Spread God's Message
[16:125] You shall invite to the path of your Lord with wisdom and kind enlightenment, and debate with them in the best possible manner. Your Lord knows best who has strayed from His path, and He knows best who are the guided ones.
[16:126] And if you punish, you shall inflict an equivalent punishment. But if you resort to patience (instead of revenge), it would be better for the patient ones.
[16:127] You shall resort to patience—and your patience is attainable only with GOD's help. Do not grieve over them, and do not be annoyed by their schemes.
[16:128] GOD is with those who lead a righteous life, and those who are charitable.
