The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own initiative, but the Father abiding in me does His works." (Gospel of John 14:10) "But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own initiative, but whatever he hears, he will speak; and he will disclose to you what is to come." (John 16:13) "Obeying the Messenger is obeying God." (Quran 4:80) "and he (Muhammad) does not speak on his own initiative." (53:3)
