Review Time

Being and coming from the customer satisfaction Business. I have a certain instinctive sense about what customer satisfaction is and should be!!!  Home Depot as far as delivery and service outside the STORE SUCK!! 16 days for a REFRIGERATOR. Then they send the wrong refrigerator. Or they hire no good sub-contractors. So i hire old stand by and I'll have my refrigerator  in 4 days.
