What about THEM who also are now down.Active not just because.Those sub-contractors active within the last 1.5 years. Provable with 1099... These people should not be excluded I have not heard one word about these people the independent subcontractors active you trying to curry towards constituents well we are constituents also you have to do something for the subcontractors now out of work also that's only fair . I think if the outlook is 2 months down as of now then I think every one for the last 1.5 years average should be given one year gross of last years GROSS and then if were out longer then they should be able to come back and reassess not a LOAN we're talking about CORPORATE welfare.EVERY active independent and sub contractor with ... And cash direct and payments to all family regardless. The Irs can do this  easy...More money for the unemployment insurance...Plus they get cash direct to tide them over also the unemployed should waive the rule. More money for citizens direct.. There should be on all mortgage a stay of the duration of being shelter. If we are shelter 2 months no mortgage should be paid. And no penalty. If you owe less than 100,000 on mortgage it should be wipe clean. Those above 100,000 should be able to deduct this amount.
