THIS IS BEYOND ANY FAIR SHARE..in this tax on both sides over time with individual traders the math start working against any trader. take one trade im going to keep it simple.you win a dollar they get 70 cent.you lose a dollar they get 70 cent. the 1 you made when you pay taxes is tax 15% capital gain tax you end up with 15 cent.the loser lose his dollar plus he have to pay the 70 cent. so his lose is compounded into a 1.70 lose .. and can no longer deduct the lose if business or individual,the carryover stop.you can carryover losses and your able to deduct up to 3,000 if you have losses. these people depend on YOUR IGNORANCE and anger. Now imagine trying to recover from wins or losses.HUH i said both. It go against the whole ideal of trading and investment freedom in a market PLACE INVADED. and most rational
