As I walk through the city each day I come to realize a lot of things about our city and the change that is taking place. One of the first things that stick out about people in our city is that they're very polite I've been all around the world and nowhere are people polite except Sandusky, Ohio. As I start my walk each day downtown I've come to realize our city planners were very aware of how the Renaissance in our city would take place. Walking down town reminds me many years of many years ago of walking down town Brooklyn or New York. Downtown Sandusky is now a thriving City Inner City. As I look around and all the apartments all the updated buildings the building on top of buildings most people don't notice but on the top of Chesapeake they're building up an extension upward of more buildings Apartments. As I look around I see restaurants everywhere different foods and people everywhere there is interaction with people every 20 ft as you travel. Are salt mines are fish industry are metal industry our shipping industry our transportation industry  is something to behold. Being in business doing business I understand business and without movement there is no business. We have we have in our city a influx of new people from across the country who have brought their money there not immigrants who have move here we're having major people move to our city and they brought their money I look at the yachts I look at the cars I look at the people and I look at all of them walking there dogs with their bags as a dog servant only rich people act like that. I haven't seen one homie a brother with a bag at all I haven't seen a lot of black people. Actually I haven't seen any black people except riding down by the Shore way heading out of downtown. When I walk through the neighborhoods you can always tell inspiration because you'll see a couple homes fixing up their homes and then you'll see the not so good homes people trying to fix their homes but they become tired real fast but they're trying. As I walk down the streets the streets are clean everywhere I walk down Meig Street and there's been a transformation happening with the homes being fixed up. So our city is transforming into the best 

city in America it has been named crowned as so it's not just 250 our city is transforming into a model for America. We are being led by people who are not taxing Spenders we see our tax dollars at work we see when there are Surplus the citizens benefit our water system which is very important are parks we have city workers that I look at that are working beautifying our beautiful city. I'm of the age when you want to get a lot of people just to work in the city for politicians whereas they be standing around a hole that's 2 ft deep and it'll be eight people standing with shovels talking. No they're busy painting they're busy cutting grass they're very aware of their obligation to the city and are being held accountable I can tell they know they better be working. Safe Streets even though some of those people coming from Canada or are from LA or New York aren't used to seeing black people walk without them becoming hesitant they'll get used to it if they've been here. There's nobody hanging around looking for a handout everybody I see is is moving towards something. So be proud that that you from Sandtown USA where B man is from.
